YOUR RIGHTS
You have the following rights vis-à-vis us concerning personal data relating to your person:
- right to information,
- right to rectification or erasure,
- right to restriction of processing,
- right to data portability.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about processing of your personal data by us. The competent supervisory authority relevant in our case is:

RIGHT OF OBJECTION AND REVOCATION
If you have granted consent to the processing of your data, you are entitled to revoke this at any time. After informing us of such a revocation, this influences permissibility of the processing of your personal data.
Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on the balance of interests (the legal basis is then Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR), you may object to the processing. This is the case, in particular, if the processing is not necessary for the fulfilment of a contract with you. This is described by us in each case in the description of the individual data processing and functions available on our website in an earlier section of this privacy policy. If you submit such an objection, we would request you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data in the way we have been doing. In the case of an objection indicating reasons, we check the circumstances of the case and will either stop or adjust the data processing or explain to you our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we continue to process the data.
RIGHT TO OBJECT TO DIRECT ADVERTISING
You can, of course, object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of advertising and data analysis at any time, e.g. also if you receive advertising from us in the form of a newsletter, customer magazine or information material by mail as part of a business relationship.
If we use your data within the scope of functions of our websites for direct advertising and a corresponding data analysis, we inform you about this data processing in an earlier section of this privacy policy, including a possibility to exercise your right to object by technical means.
